Unfortunately some sales staff you have to remind them of the promotions in order for you to get the discount or else they will ring it up regularly and try to charge you that price. I thought this was a one-off but this is the fourth time in a row where the same tactics was pretty obvious. By the fourth time I'm pretty sure this was not a one-off incident but a daily routine tactics in case you don't notice your bill. Otherwise the rest of their customer service is pretty good.

It's just not something you would expect to happen when you got on the car after a long day of work. What a great way to leave an impression for your store. Now I have to spend extra time to scrub off those sticker marks. VERY professional way to ruin someone's day. Will never visit you Specsavers.

How do I book an eye exam?

Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
