Other stores had ignored me, saying the glasses were not from Canada and had unusual screws. I had completely lost hope. These glasses belong to a 9-year-old, so getting them fixed was very important to me. Thanks to Mayur’s kindness, effort, and professionalism, the glasses were repaired. Truly exceptional service—Mayur is one of the best people and delivers the best customer service I’ve seen in Canada.
