- RRRoger RoyJul 10, 20221.0My visit to Dr. Wong's office was a waste of time. I arrived at 3:15pm five minutes before my appointment time of 3:20pm. At 3:10 I was called in to see Dr. Wong. Five minutes into my visit with Dr. Wong, he stated that he had to dilate my pupils to further examine my eyes. He told me to come back in 20 minutes, at 4:05pm. I returned to his office at 4:05pm. At 4:15pm he saw another patient. When that patient left at 4:30pm he talked with his receptionist. At 4:35pm, after waiting 30 minutes from when he told me to return, 50 minutes after getting my eyes dilated, and 75 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I still hadn't seen Dr. Wong. I asked the receptionist for a refund as I was late for another appointment. The receptionist refused to give me a refund. Hearing the noise, Dr. Wong came out at 4:40pm. He performed a cursory five minute review and stated my eyes were fine and then dismissed me. Thus, I waited 100 minutes for a five minute review. He did not warn me of the dangers of driving while my eyes were dilated. Dr. Wong's care was unprofessional and disrespectful. I had been a patient of Dr. Wong's for ten years. I will not be returning to him.
