  I had a disappointing experience with Club 16 Surrey Central regarding my headphones. After accidentally leaving them at the gym, I followed up multiple times. While the management confirmed through CCTV that the headphones were left at the spot and later picked up by someone else, no further action was taken. Despite clear evidence, there was no attempt to identify or follow up with the person who took them. The response was limited to an apology, without any real resolution. This raises concerns about how lost items are handled within the facility.

  always been good to have a club listen to members the improvements are spectacular it’s beautiful its clean and people are friendly , its reasonable it has everything you need and more , even when busy you can always find a corner or something to do .. great job guys thank you for the open ears !

  I have recently started going to Club 16 gym at surrey central. It has been a great experience working with my trainer Oleksander. He creates the workout plan as per an individual's need and goals. Very supportive and motivating too.

  The manager and staff at the Surrey Central location behave very rudely. One time, someone even hung up the phone on me in an upset manner while I was speaking. However, the staff at the Newton location are very polite, respectful, and they take time to explain things and help members. I truly appreciate their attitude. Unfortunately, my experience at the Surrey Central location has been very unpleasant, and I hope more care will be taken when selecting staff there. Thank you. I love club 16🥰

  I have been a long term member of Club16. Service and equipment in my opinion had been just okay. However, recently I noticed big improvements in both service and new equipment coming in. I even had the opportunity to meet with Trevor Linden to witness how ge was personally involved in the major upgrade at Club16-Central City. I noticed now how Club16 has many new very enthusiastic and fit members. New members seem to arriving because of the higher qulity of equipment. Seems like the changes made have paid off. ps. I noticed a lot of members in the locker room mirror photographing themselves after buffing up those muscles for what they say are competitions. Maybe Club16 could provide a room where they can take those shots in a better setting than the men's changeroom mirror.
