  Im happy to have Kiera as my trainer . I’ve had so many injuries and I feel safe with her direction. All the staff are professional and I’m always amazed at their kindness and enthusiasm to accommodate my needs.

  A great gym overall! I actually left for a bit to try another gym, but ended up coming back and I’m really glad I did. The equipment and layout upgrades make such a difference, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. It really feels like this gym listens to its members and genuinely wants to improve, which is honestly hard to find these days.

  This gym overcharged me twice, and some useless manager named VICTOR just said well I should have reviewed the terms and conditions rather than listen to what the staff told me. Just a warning to everyone to stay away from this business. FYI it's pretty grubby in there as well. Washrooms and all. Definitely pick a different gym for you and your family.

  I’m loving this gym it’s clean and comfortable the people are kind and helpful. The machines are plentiful and well maintained. I go during the day 10-12ish and it’s not busy which is great for my anxiety. I plan on going more often for this reason which will increase my mood and help with my stress and anxiety. Im thankful for my friend who suggested this gym and got a three day pass so I could try it out without committing. It was the perfect start.
