She did the same thing to me, she didn't tell me about it at all, just added it to the bill and when I questioned it she got really defensive. I found her to be very nice initially but no apologies whatsoever for her bait and switch approach. She was so aggressive at that point that I left the store without purchasing. It's the most uncomfortable retail experience I've ever had and I never leave reviews. This one was just really that off putting that I felt like people should know this is not a safe place to shop
