Well same exam but they do not charge over and above the Government amount so that is a free exam. There is no hard sell. David and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. Love my glasses. Have gone in for some fitting adjustments they made sure to tell me if I need more not hesitate. Great service and prices as well. A costumer for life.

My wife got a pair of glasses from SpecSavers and suggested that I try them out. I expected a bunch of "seconds" and Elton John frames. Instead, they had designer frames just like the high end places. I ended up with a pair of prescription readers, computer glasses, progressives, and prescription sunglasses - all four for LESS than I had paid for my prior single pair of glasses at the boutique place. Plus, the optician at SS was better (a lot better) than the person at the boutique store. Lesson learned.

One pair of glasses was right when I picked it up, the other pair they corrected. The service was great and I ended up with two pairs for less than I paid for one pair 2 years ago.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
