  In late November 2025, I was advised by a doctor to get an urgent hearing test to support a medical diagnosis. I stopped into Connect Hearing in Sidney the next day. Andrea at the front desk was welcoming and compassionate. Amazingly, she found me an appointment the next day due to a cancellation. Annie was also compassionate and performed the test professionally and efficiently, keeping me informed throughout the process and explaining the results. I recommend them both and Connect Hearing very highly..

  I was most impressed with the testing and no pressure approach taken by staff. In the end, my hearing is fine for now and no hearing aids are needed.

  I am a military veteran with hearing loss, and I go to Connect Hearing in Sidney for all of my hearing aid and audiology support. Because my hearing loss was directly related to my military service, all hearing supplies are provided by Veteran's Affairs. I recently requested an upgrade to my hearing aids. They weren't performing the way I expected them to: wearing them was exhausting, background noise was amplified over voices, and eating in restaurants was a miserable, noisy experience. I saw Annie at Connect Hearing to see if there was anything that could be done. Annie made a convincing argument on my behalf, and I received my new hearing aids today. They are astonishing: they are lighter, the sound quality is far superior, and care and maintenance of them is simpler. They are rechargeable, so I don't need to mess around with small batteries anymore. The world sounds normal again. I'm very grateful to Annie at Connect Hearing for helping me. Thank you, Annie.
