  This was my first visit and I am so pleased. The doctor and retail staff are exceptional. They are patient and take the time to explain everything. The selection of frames is excellent and I need a small frame which can be difficult to find. To top it off...I got glasses and sunglasses for half the price of my last glasses alone. Couldn't be more pleased

  Excellent and friendly service at this store - the whole team was great! Thank you all for doing a fantastic job. I am happy with my new glasses and the the thoroughness of the eye exam. I have already recommended Specsavers Terra Nova to a few people!

  I'm a senior and although I had cataract surgery on both eyes a few years ago I began to notice my vision a little less clear. Because Specsavers had such great prices for seniors I made an appointment for an exam at the Terra Nova location. My exam started on time and was over in no time at all!!! The optometrist answered all of my questions. Everyone I encountered at Specsavers was quick to answer my questions and one gentleman even remembered that I said that I was looking for round frames. So when my exam was over he handed me a tray with a number of round frames taken from the $69.00 selection and I chose a frame that reminded me of the last frame I had!!! There's no pressure to buy the more expensive frames or added coatings for your lenses!!! Excellent product's and services!! Thank you Specsavers!!!!

  My wife and I had an exceptional experience at the Terra Nova Specsavers location. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly helpful and patient while assisting both of us in choosing our new glasses. They really took the time to make sure we found frames that suited us and that we were completely comfortable with our choices. What stood out the most was their honesty and professionalism. A small computer mistake was discovered during the process, and instead of overlooking it, the team brought it to our attention right away and issued a refund. That level of integrity and transparency meant a lot to us. When our glasses arrived (which only took about a week), the staff carefully helped fit them to make sure everything was perfect. They also handled all the paperwork for our insurance, which made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Overall, the staff are amazing at what they do. They are professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to great customer service. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for new glasses.
