Little to no inventory, lots of items unavailableat at this location. Today, I went to buy several items, each and every single one of those items, sold out. And this isn't the first time, this has happened before, multiple times. The worst part is, hardly ever is this location super busy, so not sure why the staff are incapable of stocking inventory?
It really is frustrating because this London Drugs is the closest to where I live. And I am constantly having to drive across town to go to the Ironwood location. Which is a complete waste of gas, time & money.
London Drugs at London Plaza, do better!

I took my MacBook Air in for repair yesterday, and the service technician, Gary L., was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Highly recommend!

I had a very frustrating experience at this London Drugs location. There were only three of the small bottles left, marked down from $24 to $14, and I picked the pink one. At checkout, I was told this item was a different brand and not on sale.
What made it more confusing was the inconsistent pricing within the same brand — a larger bottle was discounted from $29 to $16.
When I showed the larger bottle to the staff, they first agreed to honor the sale price, then changed their mind.
This inconsistent behavior made me feel very frustrated and stressed. I hope the store improves clarity and fairness for customers, and ensures clear pricing.

whoever was working the beauty counter at 7:20pm on Dec 29 - I believe she said her name was Annie (although her name tag said something different) - I’d like to say that it was incredibly racist the way she treated me. I had my product in hand and ready to pay and was heading towards the line up of 3 people at the beauty counter that were waiting much before me - she proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay “first” because she assumed I was stealing when I was CLEARLY walking to the lineup. I then had to cut in line infront of three other people just to pay for my item because she assumed I wanted to steal. It’s disgusting and pathetic that we still treat people with darker skin and profile them this way because they look different than you. It isn’t the first time this has happened at the beauty counter where they continuously assume that anyone with darker skin must be “sketchy”. I feel bad for employees of darker skin who have to be working with such an ill mannered, colourist and racist employee.

A surprisingly pleasant experience. The item I wanted was only available as a demo at this store and wasn't available online but they arranged for one from another store in short time (it also arrived when they said it would). It seemed a team effort, I dealt with 4 different people but I was never 'dumped' on someone else, they just brought in help/expertise as needed and there were no big delays waiting for responses. Surprising nowadays.
