  Had a chance to accompany my mom to get her new pair of hearing aids! Winnie is very friendly, helpful and professional👍. She is very patient with elderly and spends her time explaining and providing guidance in every step. Buying a pair of hearing aids definitely requires a place with good services as you’d need the service to ensure you get them tuned according to your needs! Mom is quite happy after recently getting the hearing aids replaced after 4 years and grateful Winnie takes good care of her! 🙏 The receptionist (forgot her name) is also very friendly and welcoming!

  It’s refreshing to see a business that truly upholds professionalism and integrity. Every time I visit this branch, I can feel the passion and genuine care from the team. Recently, I brought in one of my mother’s hearing aids that had stopped working, and Winnie Wong quickly diagnosed the issue and saved me from having to buy a new pair. Her honesty and expertise have earned my respect and my loyalty. I won’t be going anywhere else but the Richmond branch for future purchases.

  One of my hearing aids stopped working on the thanksgiving holiday weekend. I phone my go-to person, Winnie Wong. She answered my urgent emails over the weekend, I showed up this morning, she fixed everything! She’s the best.

  Winnie Wong, the service provider of my hearing aids, is very helpful and knowledgeable. She helps fixing my aids after my purchase a couple times. She speaks Cantonese and Mandarin, in addition to English, even though I speak all three of them. The language skills are definitely a bonus to many seniors with hearing challenges. She has been relocated to Richmond from Vancouver west. The new location is across Richmond Hospital easy to find, with ample parking.

  Winnie is very knowledgeable and caring about our hearing. Very impressed with her service and help understanding something that is a bit scary. I left knowing I can email anytime I am ready to move forward with my hearing journey.
