She did not rush me through choosing my frames. She gave me honest opinions on which frame suits my face, which I truly appreciated. I love how she was not pushing me into anything simply to make a sale. She really cared and that's a rare thing on retail. I love my new glasses and I will come back here when I need new ones. I highly recommend coming here for your glasses needs.

We used our extended benefits, and he explained everything clearly, including the 50% off lens promo. super easy to understand and no pressure at all. I got Tommy Hilfiger transition glasses and Vivienne Westwood polarized sunglasses 😎, and my husband got Columbia polarized glasses and an Adidas single-vision pair. Everything fits well and looks great ✨ Friendly, relaxed service. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be back 👍

The staff member who helped me also gave me 100% focus and never rushed me, even though there were many customers browsing in the store. I truly appreciated that level of care and attention. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering that you usually only need one or two pairs of glasses for a couple of years. They also carry brand-name glasses. Thank you!

Went back a few times and was told this is not manufacturing defects so can’t claim the 2 year quality guarantee. Requested to talk to manger but not available. Went back couple times and including leaving phone number but got no call back. Hope you have better luck than me but I won’t go back. Updates: Specsaver called and invited me to visit the shop for a replacement. Appreciate the effort in making it right. Will provide more updates when I received the replacement. Updates: Sam from Richmond SpecSaver replaced the broken one with another similar glasses. Original brand not available anymore. One star off due to the bad experiences with the first couple visits for warranty claims but eventually SpecSaver supports their guarantee. Thanks a lot!

Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
