If you call and have to leave a message, don’t expect a call back it will never happen. You will receive incorrect information as well because none of them are on the same page in that place! The only positive is the Dr was really good.

She had the whole team get involved which helped me feel confident about my choice and we had a great time trying on different looks. She took the time to explain the different lenses and what each does or doesnt do. Will definitely be going back.

I came in for daily contact lenses for high astigmatism, but the wrong lenses were ordered, and I had to wait weeks. After that, I was given mixed information from different staff, booked for unnecessary follow-ups, and was even told my lens was “rotated” due to a misread number. I ended up waited for 2 months. No one informed me when mistakes were discovered, and when I asked about compensation, I was told I could only get the standard 20% off even though I had previously been promised the original promotion. Only after reminding them did they honour it. No apology, no accountability, and a lot of wasted time. Very unprofessional experience, and right now I'm trying to pick up my contact lens at 4pm on Thursday they are closed without any notice. Avoid this location at all!

You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
