  My experience with Connect Hearing, Ackroyd was exceptional. My thanks to Judy, my Audiologist, for her patience in answering my many questions. She is very thorough in addressing my concerns and walked me through the whole process of hearing test, the selection of the hearing aid that suits my needs, discuss my options and budget, to the eventual fitting and bi-weekly after care appointments during the 60 days trial period. Nicky, Customer Care Rep, thanks for all the checking and paperwork processing. What a Team! Your professional attention and caring service has changed my everyday life for the better! Much appreciated.

  Accompanied my mom to we appointment and Sherly the audiologist was so nice and helpful. My mom was asking alot of questions and Sherly answered all my mom’s questions so patiently and clearly. Would definitely recommend Sherly and this clinic!

  Before Christmas I went there and seen a very nice lady ,told her my problem with my hearing aid and she was so helpful and said to me if I needed any molds done to come back when needed. Well I went yesterday and different story will never go there again .yesterday and see
