The person that arrived for their flu shot 20 minutes after me got theirs right away so I don't know why I had to wait. Also didn't appreciate the long, awkward stares from the pharmacist.

- AMAmy MasonSep 30, 20221.02 weeks ago I took a prescription in for a natural cream, they were to sent it off to get done somewhere in the lower mainland. They said it would take a week, after the week I heard nothing about my cream was ready to be picked up, I phoned and they didn’t have it. They seem to not be able to check the status on it. So I waited a couple of days and phoned again and still no cream. Today I phoned ( September 30) and this time they said they sent it my prescription again. This is poor customer service and business as I told the guy, all I got was a sorry! I’m going to go pick up my prescription from the doctor and go somewhere else! I will not deal with this pharmacy again!
