He was very accommodating and helping me find my glasses that I finally picked out and he was very knowledgable about what glasses looks best on me and which ones didn’t and I really appreciate that. Also very knowledgable and helpful when it came to the paperwork when purchasing my glasses I would recommend anybody to go see Neville if they have questions about getting any eyewear plus all the other staff were very friendly also, I will be definitely going back and will recommend to friends and family.

Eye Care Assistant Neville did my pre-test exam and also helped me choose out two pairs of glasses. Neville was kind and patient - and went into detail with me about what did and didn’t work with the styles I was interested in. I was shopping alone so I really appreciated his genuine and professional thoughts. Both Neville and Dr. Hardeep Bhangu were super gentle and calm through my eye exams and I felt very comfortable the whole time. Thanks to the entire team at this location for a great experience!

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
