- PMPierre McKenzie5 days ago1.0Love the lady's who work here , but will never return for my glasses under spec savers. I'd purchased new glasses a couple months ago thru Theodore and Pringle. My new lenses got scratched during transition from one company to the other , but I was assured warranty would be honored. I was told I had to choose a different frame and pay a 75 $ restocking fee. And on wall it advertises 1 pair of glasses for 68. 2 friends purchased glasses from spec savers and had cheap frames and lens issues so I'm not confident I will receive quality lenses now. Again the ladies are wonderful and it's a shame .

This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
