The culture is really nice, I’ve never had any problems with anyone at this gym. Very respectful and positive atmosphere. Personal trainers are awesome, front desk staff are wonderful. Overall, great place to workout!

When I cancelled my membership, the staff told me that my last payment had already been taken and that I wouldn’t be charged again. However, I was still charged after that. When I went back to ask about it, they told me I had a contract and had to pay for another 30 days. No one explained this to me when I cancelled, and the information was not clearly communicated. customer service wasn’t very helpful, and the situation was not explained properly. I think the gym should communicate their contracts and cancellation policies much more clearly to customers.

He custom designs all the training programs for the gym, he is super knowledgeable, delightfully friendly, and basically makes the whole “going back to the gym” thing way less intimidating than I worried it would be. Also these facilities are awesome! And I’ve never had a problem finding an available cardio machine. 10/5 Stars 🌟
