- NAnader ak6 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I went in to purchase grab bars, and right away I noticed the prices being charged were significantly higher than what was listed — around $60–$70 for items clearly marked at about $31. When I brought this up, the staff acknowledged it and said they would match the correct price. Unfortunately, that didn’t fix the issue. After reviewing my receipt later, I realized they had still slipped in multiple items at the higher price. It felt extremely deceptive and unprofessional, like they were hoping I wouldn’t notice. This kind of behavior completely destroys trust. If a customer has to double-check every single item to avoid being overcharged, that’s a serious problem. I would not recommend this place. Always check your receipt carefully if you choose to shop here.

Our clients have mobility challenges and are referred to us by therapists and physicians to receive mobility solutions that meets all their unique needs. If you need a wheelchair, your best plan is to talk with your physician or therapist and get a thorough evaluation from a qualified Rehab Technology Supplier (RTS).
What if my medical condition changes?

Are there any dangers in using an off-the-shelf wheelchair?
Definitely. A standard or not customized chair can cause more harm than good. People come in all shapes and sizes; their chairs must be designed to fit them. In severe situations, a standard or not customized chair may:
- Cause significant physiological and psychological problems
- Lead to an increase in dependence because it’s not used due to lack of comfort
- Cause pressure sores, or decubitus, due to improper cushioning
- Become obsolete quickly if not configured to “grow with the child”
- Become a major expense to replace or reconfigure, because most funding sources will only reimburse for a new chair every five years.
