I was worried with the closure of Theodore & Pringle and Specsavers opening up that the staff would be different, so I was really happy to see Conney was still around! A few years ago, she helped my partner's mother find a pair of glasses that fit all her needs and budget—she had shopped around several times before settling on a pair here—and I ended up getting an eye exam and a new pair as well. So, when I was thinking again about getting a new pair of glasses, I came back to this location hoping Conney would still be there, and she was. Excellent customer service and advice on frames. I always feel valued here. My prescription is pretty strong, so my lenses end up being quite expensive, so I was very impressed by Specsavers' pricing model. In the past, I have spent as much on a single pair elsewhere as I did to get two pairs here. I also ended up purchasing my contact lenses here, which I ran out of 6 months ago.
