Conney is probably the best PR person we have come into contact with for a very long time. She is so friendly, personable and professional at the same time. She is a treasure of knowledge when it comes to the optical industry. She has informed us about our eyes, that even the most well trained ophthalmologist has never informed us about! We recommend her and your store to everyone we know. She should receive a special commendation! Congratulations to you for having kept her in your company when you transitioned from the previous owners. Yesterday, February 26, I went in to this store to pick up my new glasses that SpecSavers warranted even honouring Theodore & Pringle’s warranty. Thank you for this special service again! We must say again, that Conney is really who makes this particular store THE place to go for all your optical needs. She is so friendly and really cares for her customers! We are always greeted with her big smile and warm welcome! Thank you again for the perfect glasses that accommodate the many problems I have with my eyes. If it were not for Conney’s experience and knowledge, I would still not be able to see as much as I can since encountering her! Praise and blessings to her!
