When my hearing started declining, I tried several hearing clinics in town, but a friend of mine recommended Shelley from Connect Hearing. I can't say enough good things about this clinic - super friendly reception, nice cute little clinic, top quality services and I felt taken care of at all times. I won't go to any other clinic now, this one is by far the better choice. Highly recommend.

- BSBob SterneJul 7, 20215.0If I was able to give 10 stars, I would! Shelley Matheis, RHIP, at the Penticton office of Connect Hearing is absolutely the BEST. She is 110% professional, attentive, and skilled. Although my hearing aids, purchased from that office, are now 6 years old, a recent deterioration in my hearing led me to seek her help. She did a new hearing test, fitted a higher power receiver to one aid, and adjusted both to my decreased hearing. I am DELIGHTED with the results. When these older models finally quit, I will instantly see her for replacements. You just don't find Customer Service like this any more, and I couldn't be happier.
