However, the last few times I have been in the gym, a new cleaner is making far more of an effort to clean the machines. It would be appreciated if the artificial turf could be cleaned to improve the not so pleasant odour when lying on the floor. Humans who identify as male have 2 urinals and 3 toilet stalls in a men’s only washroom!!! Why is it suggested that the ladies go downstairs to use the She’s Fit washroom if the gender neutral washroom is occupied by a male? REALLY??? There is a very few number of lockers outside the male only change room. Inside the male only washroom is loaded with an abundance of lockable lockers which are not accessible for non males. Only 20 % of these male only lockers are ever used at a given time. On what planet does it make sense to recommend that the non males use the lockers three flights down because many males put a single personal object in a locker outside their segregated change room leaving zero empty lockers for the many non male clients? Males have a segregated change room for males. Does that mean females are not welcome at Club 16, just tolerated?

I attend usually about 9:30 am and can easily access all the equipment I need. Facilities are clean and well maintained, and I made friends with many other gym goers. I like Club 16!

Every time I’ve needed assistance — whether it’s about payment issues, finding lost items, or solving small problems — she’s always been patient, supportive, and quick to help. You can tell she genuinely cares about members and goes out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable and taken care of. Thanks to her positive attitude and professionalism, every visit feels smoother and more enjoyable. Truly a great asset to the team!
