  I just had the most thorough hearing test I've ever had! There Hearing Instrument Practitioner was excellent! I will be getting my new hearing aids in January at no cost for me! If you need your hearing checked or new hearing aids THIS is the place to go!

  I just got new hearing aids at the Surrey location and had Audiologist Shruti and she was very freindly and assisted me with Veteran Affairs. Now she has relocated to Richmond location and I have taken my account to New West location because of easier and closer to my location. Since going to New West Eric has helped me with a few glitches helping me to adjust with wearing the new Phonak hearing aids. Both locations staff very freindly and accommodating!!!
