  A great place to get your glasses and you cannot beat the selection or their prices. The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to help even if you are just looking. Brea helped me today with fitting my new glasses and everything went extremely well so much so I ordered another pair. If you need glasses this is the only place I would recommend.

  Ok, so I had posted a review and took it down for specific reasons. 1. I was to quick to pull the poor service card, that was not cool of me to do that. 2. Every individual I spoke with who works there was very polite, professional, and willing to listen. 3.The service that SpecSavers provides is amazing, and affordable not like the competitor who is only steps away. 4. I am wearing my new glasses, learning the progressive learning curve. Its a little tricky on some points of vision, but I am already adjusting nicely. 5. I Highly recommend you go see Krissi and team that is SpecSavers. 100% satisfied. Cheers.

  To be honest, I was greeted with a very warm welcome and a most helpful explanation from your team. When I arrived for my second visit, I was carrying a fifty-pound gift card but was quite unsure how to use it. One of the female staff members immediately provided a thorough explanation; she was incredibly helpful and kindly invited me to take a seat for a moment. Another young lady was also kind enough to assist me with my studies. Furthermore, I had unfortunately sustained a small injury, having cut my finger while preparing lunch. The staff provided medical assistance without delay and showed me great kindness. I am truly pleased that I visited your centre. Although I do not know the names of the individuals involved, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to them. I am deeply appreciative of their help.

  I came in with a prescription for glasses. From the beginning, Luna (Sales) listened to what I wanted and within minutes she helped me find my pair of glasses. She took the time and explained the Optic Fields better than my Optometrist Assistant and I couldn't believe the deal I was getting. Now Erin (Tech) did the measurements, confirmed the insurance and answered all my questions. Later I arrived for my appointment to receive my 2 pair of glasses from Armand. He made a slight fine adjustment to the nose piece and I was good to go. A huge Thank You to the Staff at SpecSavers.

  I had a great experience purchasing my glasses at Specsavers in the Woodgrove Mall location. I had lens put into my own frames but found the progressive part of the lens was not sitting quite right. They were sent off to be redone and would be ready in for 4-6 weeks. I was fine with this as I had a back up pair (the optician fixed it on the spot by adding a screw to the frame to hold the lens in place). I was surprised to receive a call the next day from Chrissy at Specsavers to say they wanted to fit me with another pair of glasses to make up for me having to wait! For free! Chrissy said she could get the glasses in in a couple of weeks. The glasses they gave me has the premium lens that my eyes are used to. I am very impressed with the positive customer experience I received and would highly recommend this location to anyone that needs an eye exam and a new pair of glasses.
