  I picked up a prescription for my son from this pharmacy, but the experience was disappointing. My doctor had already sent the prescription, noting my son’s weight (1 kg less) and told me to let the pharmacist know so they could adjust it if needed. When I mentioned this, the pharmacist said they couldn’t do anything and told me to call my doctor instead — which I was willing to do — but they didn’t offer any help or guidance. They seemed more focused on finishing the transaction quickly than ensuring I understood the medication. I wasn’t asked about allergies, didn’t receive any instructions or information leaflet, and the label itself was confusing — it said “shake well and inhale,” even though it’s a liquid medication. Overall, very poor customer service and not the level of care I expect when it comes to a child’s prescription.

  Went in to enquire about getting more medication for an ear infection. Clerk says I don't have any refills. I ask if the pharmacist can prescribe it. She says, No, a doctor needs to look at it and walks off without offering any further assistance.

  I’m not sure about other SaveOn foods, but the Nanaimo Delli is horrible, twice I tried the Greek salad, it had no flavor at all, couldn’t taste the feta cheese at all, and it was there…? And I was excited today I needed something for lunch, and I saw Chilli… from the soup of the day, all it was bland paste, I grabbed a sandwich which was good, but almost $15 and not a good lunch…, way to treat your home provenance good there jimmy…
