  I picked up a prescription for my son from this pharmacy, but the experience was disappointing. My doctor had already sent the prescription, noting my son’s weight (1 kg less) and told me to let the pharmacist know so they could adjust it if needed. When I mentioned this, the pharmacist said they couldn’t do anything and told me to call my doctor instead — which I was willing to do — but they didn’t offer any help or guidance. They seemed more focused on finishing the transaction quickly than ensuring I understood the medication. I wasn’t asked about allergies, didn’t receive any instructions or information leaflet, and the label itself was confusing — it said “shake well and inhale,” even though it’s a liquid medication. Overall, very poor customer service and not the level of care I expect when it comes to a child’s prescription.

  Went in to enquire about getting more medication for an ear infection. Clerk says I don't have any refills. I ask if the pharmacist can prescribe it. She says, No, a doctor needs to look at it and walks off without offering any further assistance.

  Convenient store. My cashier input the cash I gave her in wrong. Service got awkward when I tried to correct her. She was unable to correct the transaction. I gave her 101$ cash to avoid small change. She input 100.02. Once I realized she was getting quite anxious and confused I asked for the receipt and it turns out she also input 10.01 cash also...so I ended up getting bad service and getting quite frustrated but turns put she also cost the store 9$. Perhaps there should be a reminder to call a manager when this happens. #4288 12:34:51 Nov 20th J. K.

  Nick is a freaking hero. I got discharged from the hospital 7pm before the weekend. I desperately needed the medicine to be able to sleep the night and Nick not only hooked me up with that but filled my whole prescription and gave me some tips about products. I live in North Nanaimo and come here just because of him. Keep up the good work man.
