Do not use this scam gym. Make sure you are aware that they will charge you an extra month after you cancel your membership. After I canceled my membership December 1st they charged me an additional a month plus another additional $50 for a (cleaning fee). I will never set foot in another fitness world and neither will anyone I know

Gym management is a group of greedy scammers!!! My girlfriend became a member of this gym, but unfortunately she accidentally signed a yearly contract instead of a month-to-month one. After about two months she stopped going to the gym and of course wanted to cancel the membership. That’s when it turned out the contract was for a full year. When she asked the gym management for help to resolve this issue, they completely ignored her and kept charging her for the entire year. Several of my friends had similar problems — money was taken from their bank accounts without clear explanation, but after they complained, the gym refunded them. Sadly, this did not happen in our case. She went to the gym for only two months but ended up paying for the whole year. The gym’s policy is extremely greedy. First, you have to pay $50–$100 in sign-up fees, and it’s not even clear what services that money is for. Then you pay an account activation fee (as if it’s possible to buy a “non-activated” account). After that, you pay a bi-weekly membership fee, and then, on the fifth week, no matter how often you plan to attend, they charge you an “annual service fee.” Absolutely disgusting gym!!!

This gym is a joke. Three undisclosed activation, joining, and a "to keep your info on file" fees totalling $162.99 before tax. On top of that, is a $65 cancellation fee... For the size of the gym and amount of equipment they have, they don't have any chest supported row machines and only four 2.5lb plates... Terrible gym, strongly recommend avoiding.

It would seem that the most important information a client would require would be the hours of operation. They have had an entire year to post the hours for Christmas this year. 365 days!!! The level of incompetence required to be unable to post such basic info is mind-boggling. They post "Holiday Hours" but they are unable to foresee that their clients would like to know what that would be for Christmas shows a level of incompetence that would make me think that even a 9 yr old child would realize that is important info for customers trying to plan their holidays. We're not asking for much. Simply post the hours here on Google where 90% of people are going to look. If they expect every client to call in to inquire would also show a complete misunderstanding what the term "customer service" means. I don't expect anyone to make an apology because it doesn't require one. Just find someone competent enough to complete such an easy task(or fix equipment in a timely fashion, or actually use the extra money we are charged to actually BUY new equipment like we are told they will do.) In addition , they need to inform the KIDS that have joined now of gym protocol. For example, kids will leave a phone or water bottle on a piece of equipment and think that they have it reserved for the entire hour or two they are there(???) Or leave their phone on equipment and then go hang out with friends for 10 minutes and demand that they are still using it upon return. They appear to have had about 300 kids (13-18) join in the past year who actually think this is acceptable. I don't know if the laws have changed regarding needing to be 18 to join or to be with an adult....but I don't think it was meant to also double as a "daycare centre".

A gym that used to be pretty awesome has fallen from grace a bit. For context, ive been a member from the very beginning in 2019. From day 1 it's a pretty sweet gym. All the equipment you need, pretty friendly atmosphere amongst members and staff and overtime they made it better by adding new leg machines and another two squat racks. Unfortunately it's not what it used to be. Machines constantly broken needing to fixed sitting for long periods of time, hit and miss with the friendliness of staff, with people like Riley, Aylah, Connor, Victor, etc. who are awesome, while others are simply cold and standoffish, and some simply deciding to power trip because they are a personal trainer. Sadly still very pushy when it comes to sales. The worst part is in light of how they recently changed the rules about deadlifting on the platforms/floors, and Rayne (a PT) went and chastised me for using the floor when this rule had not been previously established to myself and alot of the other patrons, the way he acted it seemed like he EXPECTED us to know. This was also in front of a client, which is extremely unprofessional. Other patrons around me can confirm this. I've also observed this rule not be consistently enforced as I've seen alot of people doing this since, but no action was taken, which doubles down on my suspicions that they simply hate powerlifting. Fortunately the manager Ben is taking steps to mend the fence between us powerlifters and the gym itself, kudos honestly. Of course you have your standard crowded machines but if you go during off times it's a non-issue. The other amenities are still very good, and overall it's still a great facility, unfortunately held back by shaky staff, the salesy mindset, constantly broken machines and inconsistencies with rules being enforced. I want to love this gym again but some things gotta change.
