He was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive and spent over an hour and a half with me making sure I found the perfect fit. His eye for detail and his calm, thoughtful approach made the whole process feel fun and stress free. A big shout out to Seija as well for leading such an amazing team. The store was busy, yet every single person was being helped with genuine care and a smile. You can tell this location values customer service and truly takes pride in what they do. They’ve also got fantastic Black Friday promos right now, so if you need glasses I highly recommend heading to Specsavers at Woodgrove. You’ll get exceptional support from start to finish. Their no pressure sales really impressed me. And they said for any reason, if I was having any issues come back they would help me. On Thursday November 13th. I stopped by to see if they could adjust one of my pairs of glasses. It was almost closing time(sorry I hate being one of those people) Ankur(I hope I spelt his name right) greated me right away and had us take a seat as there was only a couple of staff left for the evening. He was very helpful, as soon as he finished with another customer he came right over. He adjusted my glasses and made sure they were perfect before we left. He didn't rush, and said anytime come back.

They were having technical troubles the day of my appointment so all the information was done on paper, but they handled it well and called me the next day to confirm all the information going into the computer was correct. Dr. Scholfield was amazing and the eye exam went very fast and super simple. I haven't had my prescription checked in about 10 years but no judgement was made and I felt very welcome the entire time. Great deal on glasses, too. 2 for $99 Promo plus a gift card was automatically applied. Eva (I think that was her name!) was great to chat with and helped me pick out two pairs. Upon picking up my glasses about a week later, same great experience. And another gift card thrown in on top! Absolutely recommending this place to everyone and will absolutely be back!

You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
