  I highly recommend Connect Hearing, Nanaimo South. Audiologist Annika Bieger & staff are very friendly & knowledgeable. The customer service is excellent! Annika is amazing! Thank you all, a very positive experience.

  My experience with Connect Hearing has been nothing but positive from the first day I walked in there. Annika is a friendly & welcoming person who made me feel comfortable right from the start . She was very nice & understanding of me being in denial of needing hearing aids when I clearly did. My follow up visits have all been great, with Annika understanding my needs and making the necessary adjustments to my hearing aids to suit me. I highly recommend Annika at Connect Hearing!

  I am visiting Nanaimo and forgot my hearing aid charger at home. I am in a conference so timing and availability is at a premium. Shannon and Elizabeth came to my rescue with having what I needed so I could dash in on our lunch break. Great Service and why I highly recommend Connect Hearing. They always come through👍♥️
