- CDColby DohertyFeb 28, 20265.0Me and my gf both went to the store to get an eye appointment (it was originally just for me) I got my eyes checked and then I bought two pairs of glasses, I got my girlfriend an eye appointment as well and we showed up for our appointment, but it turned out we were a week early lol instead of turning us away the owner found time for us immediately, everyone was so kind and understanding. When it came time to pay, the owner told us the we didn't have to pay for the eye appointment, which honestly caught me off guard in the best way, I'm not sure if he knew that we are on a fixed income but we are, and that small gesture helped us out considerably, and allowed us to easily purchase her pair of glasses the same day. So I just thought I would for once, take the time to do a google review, from one man to the next I can say that my experience was a 10/10 and I firmly believe that yours will be as well 👌

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
