  Please go to any other fitness center than Trevor Linden. Jordan from Langley was the worst experience in customer service i ever had. The guide literally printed the agreement and highlighted where he was gonna rip me off. Through another eighty dollars after I paid you four hundred dollars and wanted to cancel my membership. I will never go to the gym. I will tell absolutely every person I can ever come across that. Ever brings up gyms to never go to trevor linden, ever you have my word.

  I have been a member since 2021. My son, who is a minor, is also a member. In December he was threatened by an adult memeber of the gym. He diligently filed an incident report with the receptionist. There was no manager or supervisor present at the time. I left them multiple messages and emails but no one has reached out to resolve this. I visited and called the gym multiple times. A manager or supervisor is never present. I will be canceling my household memberships. Please do not enrol your youth or minor children to this club 16 location. I am disappointed the way this has been ignored.

  Don’t join here if you actually want to work out. There is never any parking so normally you’ll have to street park which is only 1 hour parking in the area. The gym is overcrowded and you’ll be lucky to be able to access the equipment that you want for your workout if it’s not broken again. There is pretty much no space to warm up or stretch as they have clearly oversold memberships at this location and continue to oversell. If you do join don’t bother with the VIP membership to access the hydro massage, red light, sauna, tanning because even though you make a appointment using their app you’ll have to constantly have to wait because staff allow people to show up late for their appointments and still have their full time. Which cuts into your time and you’ll have to stand around waiting.
