  I recently had an exceptional experience at Specsavers Willowbrook, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Dr. Yang and the entire team. Dr. Yang is an incredible optometrist who took the time to thoroughly explain my eye health and the mportance of regular check-ups. His professionalism and attention to detail made me feel confident in his care. It's clear he genuinely cares about his patients. Lilly, the manager, is equally impressive. She creates a welcoming atmosphere and ensures that the entire team operates smoothly. Her leadership shines through in the friendly and helpful demeanor of all the staff members. Lilly' s approachable nature fosters a welcoming environment, making patients feel comfortable and valued. Lilly's leadership and dedication create a positive atmosphere that enhances the overal patient experience at Specsavers Willowbrook. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency. Every team member I interacted with was knowledgeable and eager to assist. Whether it was selecting frames or understanding my prescription, the level of service was top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend Specsavers Willowbrook for anyone in need of eye care. The combination of Dr. Yang's expertise, Lilly's management, and the supportive team makes it a fantastic choice.

  I need to address the confusion and lies I’ve experienced with my contact lens order. I received a message that my order was ready, but when I arrived, only a portion of it was available. I was told the remainder was not ready at that time. Months later, I followed up and was told that I had already picked up the full order, which is incorrect. Additionally, I was informed that your notes indicate I received a message and did not show up. This is a lie. The only message I received was regarding the initial partial pickup. At this point, there appear to be clear discrepancies between what actually occurred and what is documented on your end. They’re contacts. It’s not that big of a deal. I’ll just buy some elsewhere…But getting lied to is.

  SpecSavers Langley does MORE to support customers with vision challenges or frame needs that ALL OTHERS I have used over the years. Ricky was able to help me address stages of eye procedures this year requiring multiple lenses needed till all procedures are complete. Other outlets owned by LUXOTTICA were not. They try but do not have the support for their staff to help clients like SpecSavers does with Ricky. If you have challenges, I wholeheartedly recommend SpecSavers. They have quality value frames yet access to most top tier brands but most importantly, offer solutions not possible if you are needing vision care transition during procedures. This includes eyeglasses, lenses and FANTATIC fitting services for contact lenses. MUCH better than anywhere else i have been in Willowbrook Mall. Thanks Ricky for your ongoing highly capable care. VERY HAPPY to continue working with you through this years challenges.
