He guided us through the process and helped us maximize our insurance benefits—something we wouldn’t have managed on our own. Without his expertise, we likely would have left with just one pair of prescription glasses. Thanks to his thoughtful recommendations, we were able to get two pairs that better suit our needs. I’d also like to recognize Preety for her helpful advice. Together, they make an excellent team. Highly recommend LensCrafters Willowbrook Shopping Centre!

My husband came in to get glasses and was also debating getting sunglasses, this was his second time in there, went back the second time to pull the trigger on the ones he had his eyes on and had a horrible experience with a sales lady that immediately quoted him the most expensive package and wouldn’t even explain what it entailed. When he asked what all his options were and if she could explain them she just quoted him a slightly less expensive package and again didn’t explain it. She was not personable at all and was only focused on commission, not actually helping the customer. We walked out with nothing when we were prepared to make a sale.
