I visited the store to buy two pairs of Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 1) Prescription glasses—one for myself and one for my husband. Assistant Manager Sira quoted $295 per frame, with prescription lenses to be added separately based on our choice. We confirmed this, I started my lens selection and completing my order while my husband was doing his eye exam. However, another staff member, Jinus, charged $342 per frame. After billing, I noticed the overcharge of $150 and confronted her. Sira rudely denied ever quoting $295, refused to apologize, and told me to shop elsewhere if I didn’t like it. This was arrogant and unprofessional—especially since I’m a regular customer. There was no apology, no accountability. I hope this review makes the store manager realize the serious mistake in promoting someone like Sira, who misinforms, overcharges, and treats loyal customers with disrespect.
