Always a pleasure receiving quality service. I shopped here before for a pair of glasses and today I came by to get some glasses for work. The whole process felt natural and not forced. Left the store today with a good impression. Thank you to whoever helped me today.

Sandra was fantastic! Walked the extra mile to make the purchase of my new eyeglasses a delightful experience. Patiently showed me great recommendation for frames within my budget. I never felt rushed to make a decision even it was almost closing time.

Amazing service and selection. Ended up walking out with 2 pairs of prescription glasses even though I went in looking for just 1set. Have been coming here for over 15 years and will be back again in the near future!

I generally don't write reviews. This is the first time I am doing so just because this is the worst store I have ever entered, all across Canada. Mistakes over mistakes. Always asking to come in person for the issue and mistakes, made by the store, that can be resolved over the phone.
Mistakes:
1. Me and my wife went to get eye test done. Wrong test results for my wife.
2. Tried to make glasses according to the test results, expensive glasses while the same were at a lower price at Guildford mall Lenscrafters.
3. Finally when received the glasses and tried by my wife she started feeling strain on her eyes. Asked by the store manager to wear them for a couple of days but still the same.
4. Tried to return the glasses. The store mentions you are out of the 30 day return policy which we were clearly not. The problem occured because of wrong date entered by the representative while handing over the glasses. To resolve this I had to make couple of trips as the store mentions the problem will be resolved by the same person who entered the details in their system who was not available when I went.
4. Somehow after completing the return process, refund was charged as a payment. So I was charged twice instead of getting a refund. When asked over the phone to correct the process I was called again to the store when the same representative would be available.
I wish I had never entered the store.

I came in today to have both pair of my glasses cleaned and adjusted. When I left, both pairs had scratches in the same spot at the top right corner of the right lens which was caused during the adjustment. I had to return to the store on the same day to address the issue right away. After speaking with someone, I was told they could only replace the lens on one pair, even though both were damaged. And they blamed my toddler even for the damages when that information was used to just formally connect with the sales associate.
I’m extremely upset, as these are my only two pairs of glasses. I trusted the store to clean and adjust them properly, and instead left with both pairs scratched and only one being replaced. This experience has been very disappointing. Both pairs were purchased at LensCrafters, and I have been a loyal customer. Unfortunately, after this, I will not be purchasing from the store or any Lens Crafters again.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
