  Recently moved to the area. Was nervous to switch from Club Pilates South Surrey which I had been loving. So far everything has been great. I’m actually finding the wait lists to be less at this location and I’m usually getting into my classes right away. I’ve tried 5 different instructors so far and out of the 5, 4 of them were amazing (I will not let that one instructor ruin my experience though). Nicky is my favourite so far, her classes are a perfect level of fun and challenge. She seems very knowledgeable and kind which makes it all the more pleasant. I also had a great class with Zoe the other day, she was very encouraging. Im trying to refer friends to this location so I can some Pilates buddies!

  Member for 2 years but I was sick yesterday and they refuse to waive my cancellation fee even though I called ahead.. not something I do often, maybe a couple times over the years as a member. I was unexpectedly feeling unwell, called ahead, not a no show. Called twice hours earlier but they did not answer, I assumed because they close midday so I called again when they reopened for evening time. Meanwhile there was no one on the waitlist even waiting for my spot in the class when I checked earlier in the day a couple hours before lol so I guess it makes sense to make 10 dollars extra off me?. The lady says she will check with management and cancel me. I was a bit under the weather so if she called me back and said I would be charged I could have forced myself to go but this wasn’t the case. Got cancelled out of class so I anssumed everything was ok and she got the yes from management but nope! At 12AM I got an Email for the cancellation fee they charged me and they say that they can’t reverse when I emailed them. I didn’t go out of respect for other members as the reformers are placed so close together. Anyways Club Pilates isn’t the place for you if you’re human and may have a regular life/life issues come up once in a while because they don’t care and they will charge you while still saying hope you get better soon lol great customer service might be time to switch to one of the new Pilates places that are opening all over Langley ! When you stick somewhere too long I guess you’ll be disappointed. It was a good 2 years while it lasted ! But the lack of customer service for someone who has been a long time member is soooo off putting ruined the whole experience Already connected directly by email, responded to the email and no one replied back. Still not happy. Humans get sick . If someone is “sick” monthly, weekly or even every 2 months even I’d get it. If someone makes a usual habit out of it I get it. I’m an unlimited member who usually attends 5 days a week and need to book ahead or I won’t get a spot. If even once every 6 months I am SICK within that 12 hour timeframe and need to cancel it shouldn’t be an issue. I’ve never asked for a NO SHOW fee to be reversed as I know that’s unfair, which I never do because I know it’s not right . But my spot in this class, If someone wanted to book they had time to. No one was on the waitlist and you just wanted to make extra money off me haha. I’m a longtime member who has been sick not even a handful of times. ABSURD POLICY just for 10$ lol the way PAM replied saying because I’ve been “sick before” like I’m sorry I didn’t know there was a limit of times I could be unwell while having a membership here. And if I was sick before it’s been atleast 6 months so to bring that up is just crazy work. Funny because my sister was supposed to sign up next week because of how highly I talk of Club Pilates and now that won’t be happening lol enjoy the $10 though ! So no your response is useless and fixes nothing. You didn’t even respond to my last email. Being sick is an emergency. How do you know I didn’t end up in the hospital? That’s an assumption you are making. Being sick could mean anything and not everyone wants to share their personal health issues so specifically. If you weren’t going to waive the fee she should’ve called me back. The whole point of calling was to avoid the fee, I know how to cancel myself online otherwise. Customer service is everything without it a business is nothing, I guess the reviews here clearly show, I’m not alone . As a business owner myself reviews aren’t taken lightly. If my reviews were almost below a 3 star I would re evaluate and maybe fix my policies and attitude for better customer service! Any true business man knows without your customers there is no business, so you need to keep them happy! Even if it means you lose out on $10 to make thousands instead! Just a friendly tip for your success!
