All the staff are friendly, helpful and professional, if you are looking for a great place for eye care and glasses, this is the place to visit! They have the latest equipment, and the Doctor that examined me was professional and just AWESOME!! I will definitely be back for my yearly check ups. Their pricing for both eye examination and glasses are reasonable, and affordable to fit any budget. The young lady that helped me with my frames, was extremely knowledgeable and we went outside the shop for me to try on the various lenses to determine which one suited me. Huge thanks 😊 (Ignore any negative reviews on here, as you always get that 1 negative Nelly!!)

Upon completion the results were explained to me and the best route was offered to me. I came back later in the week to try on glasses there was no pressure I was offered a tray to collect the glasses in and when asked the sales people offered theirs. We found the frame that was best suited for me and then we proceeded with the sale - add one were explained and applied as per my request - again no pressure - they explained the benefits of each. Looking forward to getting my new glasses and wearing them!! Thank you to everyone at Thunderbird Spec Savers!!

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
