- DMDawn MarieMar 17, 20265.0I came in to the Langley amplifon after my son had made me an appointment once his friend metioned how well Ben had been with his father. I had a great experience, Ashley at the front desk was very kinda and accommodating helping me to fill out the forms and made conversation with my son and I. When I went into the room with Ben he was warm and welcoming explaining everything step by step but not in an overly medical way I couldn’t understand. The test seems very through and he plainly explained the results to me. I don’t need hearing aids yet but I will come back for my annual checks as suggested by Ben and send my friends here also

- RBRod BergenJan 22, 20261.0The people are very nice but when I had a problem with my hearing aids, I was told it would be 2 weeks to get them fixed. So I have to do without my hearing aids for 2 weeks… they have no loaners. That is simply unacceptable.

They went thru all the information clearly so she could understand and explained how hearing loss can hinder mental health. The ladies at reception were nice and friendly and the doctor was very helpful.
