Very questionable customer service. I feel like they are taking advantage of older people from what I've seen. Very disappointed. They made glasses for my mom. They were damaged when she got them. It's been maybe a month or so after she returned them and still has not gotten them back. Whenever we check in. It seems like no one knows what's going on, Prices are fair but everything else I suggest shopping elsewhere.

I have never had a bad experience here in 8 years. Now there have been issues, but always rectified without question. I will always be loyal to this store. A couple of employees have been there 5 and 12 years respectively. That speaks volume to me.

I had a fantastic experience with LensCrafters. The wide variety of frames, the classy location, and the friendly, helpful staff all helped make the experience enjoyable. Moreover, when I tried progressives for the first time and was not satisfied, the staff at LensCrafters were more than happy to adjust the prescriptions on both pairs of glasses until I was 100% happy with them. This was done with no additional cost to me. I actually received a refund because the cost of the new prescription was lower than the previous one. I would recommend LensCrafters to anyone looking for a pair of glasses.

Been going to lens crafters since 2018, they have proven to be reliable with consistently great service throughout the years. Yesterday, I had one of the nose pads break off my glasses. I took them in to have the one pad replaced, and Jason took them to the back and replaced both pads to match, free of charge. He was quick, friendly and helpful. I recommend this business to anybody looking for a seamless and stress free experience when looking for their next pair of glasses!

I had a great experience at LensCrafters, with excellent customer service from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Nick, in particular, was incredibly accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. He took the time to answer my questions and ensure everything was just right. I am very satisfied with the service I received and truly appreciated the care and attention given. I would definitely recommend this location and will be returning in the future.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
