- BKBetty KJun 10, 20255.0Graham plant was an excellent salesman and Jennie was an excellent installer. Had thick concrete tiles to drill through for the stair lift. It took awhile for her to drill through and she was sweating but made it with no cracks in the tiles. Excellent all the way through. If ever I need repairs sure hope their service will be just as great. Would highly reccomend ! Betty Kunz
