My mom, my sister and I walked into the store on a busy afternoon and were greeted by Evan. He was so kind and personable and remained calm and professional even though the store was fairly busy. Evan was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to create a good experience. He even checked for styles I liked at other locations and online, and made suggestions based off of styles I had previously picked up. He was so patient and made sure we didn’t feel rushed at all. I ended up choosing a beautiful pair of prada sunglasses that I wouldn’t have been able to find without his help.

Staff was able to fit me in right away because I was having trouble with my vision. The doctors and staff were super kind, very professional and super clean office. Evan helped me find the perfect pair of glasses within my price range. Highly recommended.

Edited: The manager Raman reached out and got my issues sorted with an extra pair until the ones I ordered come through. Delay was out of the store staff hands, but they sorted me out regardless. Thanks! I ordered glasses and they entered prescription wrong. Which is fine mistakes happen. I waited two weeks for the original pair. They ordered another replacement with the correct prescription and it's been over two weeks and still have not recieved the second pair. I called and asked their status and they said it will be at least another week. Frustrating they can't expedite the process to resolve and error that they made. It will be over 5 weeks to receive my glasses due to no fault of my own.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
