  Went to Connect Hearing in Gibsons, BC.and was impressed by the courtesy of the reception person and the care and attention shown to me from the audiologist Melissa Taylor as she gave me my hearing test. She responded clearly to my questions regarding the process involved and thoroughly and satisfactorily explained the results of the test. Furthermore she offered valuable suggestions without exerting any pressure regarding the purchase of hearing aids. I would whole-heartedly endorse Connect Hearing and Ms. Taylor to anyone looking at getting their hearing measured and tested.

  Amazing care and explanations from the Doctor and the front staff were friendly and so very helpful. Five stars for sure!

  Really great staff! Nadine has always been so good with my Dad - no problem getting the hearing aids cleaned when he drops by. They even delivered his hearing aids to him at the hospital during this COVID-19 craziness, since they had all his settings and tests on file. I highly recommend them!

  I've worn hearing aides for the last 30 years and cannot believe the performance of my new Oticon aides. I hear; words to old songs on the radio, the sound quality is fabulous, rain on the roof, grandchildren whispering, made me more outgoing, ...oh what a feeling.! Thank-you Kris and Nadine for superb customer service and your warm friendly smiles.
