I submitted all of the necessary documents to work bc but was still denied funding. I was very disappointed as I really needed them. I explained my situation to these kind ladies and they helped get what I needed. Thank you so much!!! I highly recommend Amplifon in Fort St John.

When they said that I did in fact need them, I put off ordering them as I thought it is going to be too much money and I will never be able to afford them! They looked into the plans I had and it turned out I did not have to pay out of pocket! Fitted my aids and I could not believe the difference I had in my hearing! Amazing! They were very professional and courteous. Helped me set up my phone app, gave me a Bluetooth that had been donated. I cannot thank them enough for their willingness to help me get through my fears.
