- SWSue WoodSep 8, 20255.0My mother has custom hearing aids the she purchased many years ago from Connect Hearing. I now care for her here in the Cowichan valley and she had no information on the purchase . We found that her one aid had lost the gasket that holds the wax stop in place. I called Connect Hearing and gave them her name and voila! she came up in their data base. I headed into the store and Jody and her colleague (sorry they were so quick I didn’t get her name) took the aid and had it fixed in no time flat. Superior service!!! Highly recommend!

- BPBarry PurvesSep 5, 20224.0Some 20 or so years ago I recieved the diagnosis of "progressive hearing loss" related to industrial and military service. Throughout that period Connect Hearing has provided first the means to remain in a much loved career for an additional 8-10 years beyond what I would have been capable of without assistance. As the "progressive" part exerted its influence Connect supplied a series of devices that each, in their turn provided a benefit far beyond what the capacity would otherwise have been. I consulted 'other providers' on two occasions over the 20 or so years and in each case the advice was the same "What you have is as good as it gets" Thank you to the staff of the Beverley Corners branch of Duncan for making the very very best of a very bad situation.......bear
