They gave me detailed info about my eyes and because I’m a senior the exam was fully covered by the government not like other optometrists that add an extra charge. I will definitely go back here next year.

I dealt with a staff member named “Arsh,” whose behavior was disappointing—rude, lack of courtesy, and an overall unprofessional approach. As a result, I chose to take my business to another Specsavers branch, where the service was significantly more professional and respectful. Management at this location needs to seriously review staff conduct, communication style, and customer service standards.

He was incredibly helpful and patient while I was choosing my frames, taking the time to understand what suited my face shape, style, and comfort. He gave honest suggestions without being pushy, which made the whole process feel easy. Krupesh’s friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. He made sure I was happy with my choice and confident in how the frames looked on me. Overall, excellent customer service. I’d definitely recommend asking for him if you visit Specsavers!
