  I got two pair of progressive from the Lougheed mall store and had a few issues and changed my mind a few times. Tamara and Mona were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Even though I was the fussy one. They aim to please... till I was totally satisfied. I was so happy with them that I sent my wife there and she also got a couple of pairs. Thank you Tamara and Mona for a great experience.

  I highly recommend this place for those who want to get quality glasses at reasonable price. The workers are very friendly and very helpful. I always get frustrated to find a good looking pair of glasses, but Niloofar helped me find something that looks really nice and not heavy. She was very patient and very calm. She is very helpful and is a good listener and cares about her customers. I received a very good deal of two pairs (one normal and one sunglasses pair) with 50% off additional options such as transitional lenses and reflective coating. Amazing deal!!

  I recently got my eyes examined at this Specsavers location after a very positive review from my husband. I was thrilled with the level of professionalism and info that was provided by Dr Atwal, and would definitely return for her services. After chatting with staff, we both decided to purchase our glasses with Specsavers Coquitlam centre rather than our local business operator. However....... I was set to write a 5 star review until I received a promotional email less than 4 days later, advertising $100 off the glasses I had just ordered. I called the location and was told no cost adjustments could be offered. I'm disappointed that we were not advised of this upcoming sale before buying 5 pairs of glasses (hubby and I). The irony of receiving sales promo emails immediately after purchase is poor business practice, and will unfortunate affect our future buying decisions with Specsavers.

  I bought two pairs of sunglasses for my son and had a really nice experience at the store. The selection was great and the quality of the sunglasses was very good. A Persian lady working there was especially kind and helpful. She patiently helped us choose the right styles for my son and made sure they fit well. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help made the whole experience much better. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

  Madison went above and beyond in helping with with the situation we were faced with. The glasses that were crafted by SS were giving me massive headaches and she help solve the situation between me and the organization. She is technically sound, great people skills and absolutely lovely to deal with.
