- BZB ZNov 23, 20251.0Ordered a cake for a birthday, my wife asked that it be decorated like a cake with no fruit on top and a shell around it so the edges aren't exposed, they lady that took the order confirmed the specifications with her, when I picked up the cake, none of the specifications were followed, and the quality control was non existent, the cake obviously turned out lopsided so they added a massive slab of strawberry filling to try to hide it
