BUYER BEWARE: I purchased a pair of Crizal prescription glasses from this location which come with two year warranty. This store would not assist me with the warranty and had terrible customer service. They were not willing to honour the warranty and told me to go elsewhere. I would not recommend this LensCrafters to any customers and I will not be coming back to do any further business.

Can anyone relate? I’d been struggling with a pair of poorly fitted glasses for days. I walked into an optical shop on a whim, hoping for some help. Hala proactively asked if I needed assistance. After explaining the situation (and mentioning the glasses weren’t from her store), she didn’t hesitate at all and said with a smile, “No problem, let me take a look.” She examined them carefully, and her adjustments were gentle and professional. In no time, they were fixed! The moment I put them on, what a relief! She was super friendly and patient throughout. This kind of pure kindness and professionalism of Hala truly moved me. Highly recommend this warm-hearted store!

Customer service is awful here. Come for the selection but not the service—-go elsewhere in the mall for that. They don't readily greet customers. Zero friendliness. We visited twice. A weekday and weekend. Same crap different day. I was in the store for 90 minutes and saw how customers were left to fend for themselves. You have to beg them for help and information because they are built resentful and reluctant. Zero sales skills. When I arrived to pick up my new frames, the older Persian lady with glasses and a thick accent said i could try it on or go home to try it and walked away…lol I had to call another staff person to go over my new glasses with me so I could understand how to wear progressives. Just awful.

My husband and I visited this location. He had a great experience choosing his eyeglasses, and everything went smoothly — especially the direct billing for both his primary and secondary insurance.
Two weeks later, I went in to look for glasses for myself. When they attempted to process my insurances, it became extremely frustrating because they would not honor mine. What I don’t understand is this: when they processed my husband’s insurance, my insurance worked perfectly as his secondary. Yet when I tried to use the same insurance as my primary, they suddenly couldn’t process it.
They claimed it was due to “the system,” but that explanation doesn’t make sense. If my insurance went through your system the first time and was approved, why would it not work the second time? If it was accepted once, it should be accepted again without question.
I went to another store, on the same day. At that store, they accepted my insurance without question.
Overall, this experience was disappointing and inconsistent. Very poor customer service skills. It was truly a waste of time.
I rate this experience 1/5.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
