Good gym but the staff and manager have lots of improving to do. I have been trying to get a hold of the manager since December to get my refer a friend perk but it is impossible! I should have gotten 2 months free for referring 2 friends but it looks like that is a lie. I have been calling to speak with the manager or asking to speak when I’m in the gym and every time I have to repeat myself and am told that emails are sent to the manager. Still no luck. Maybe someone will reach out after leaving this bad review. I am expecting a free month for every month I’ve been waiting for an answer plus my 2 months free that I am owed. Horrible customer service.

Been a member here a long time maybe I don’t work out here all the time but I have to say that this guy named Alex the manager there and his staff completely did a 180 on me and I just signed up my wife as well! Well, then, ALEX, & Ben!

Unfortunately, I’ve had several bad experiences with this gym, especially when it comes to billing.
I do like the facility itself — it’s spacious and generally pleasant — but there are always issues with equipment or amenities. There is often at least one machine or water fountain out of order. For example, the lying leg curl machine has been broken for almost a month, and there is no alternative available.
My biggest frustration has been with payments. About a year ago, I changed my credit card, and my membership payments were still linked to the old one. Every time a payment failed, I was charged double. This went on for months without any phone call or even an email notification. In the end, I had to pay over $500.
I later switched to debit, but the same issue happened — if a payment didn’t go through, I was charged twice again. When I asked why they don’t contact members before applying these charges, I didn’t get a proper answer. This doesn’t feel like a simple mistake — it feels like a very unfair way to generate revenue.
My final frustration was the cancellation process. When I signed up, I was told I could cancel my annual plan at any time. However, when I tried to cancel, I was first told there would be a one-month fee, and then I was told I had to pay for all the remaining months of the year. This is extremely misleading. When I questioned it, the response was simply, “It’s in the contract.” My question is: why not be transparent from the beginning?
I really like the space and overall environment of the gym, but the policies and lack of transparency are very disappointing and feel dishonest.
I also want to mention a staff member, Ethan, whose attitude has made me uncomfortable. Whenever I need help, he treats me as if I don’t exist or as if assisting me is a favor. This is not the level of customer service that should be expected.

Been a member here for almost 8 years and had an unfortunate accident that resulted in a badly fractured leg. I went to freeze my memberships as I did with my rock climbing gym that only required a quick doctors note and they did it immediately. The new manager Alex Alvarez contacted me through email and asked me to come all the way down to the gym with a fractured leg, get their special form, wanted me to book an appointment with my doctor to fill out their form which would require me paying money when every other place I've ever been only requires a doctors note. He then told me "IF" it gets approved after reviewal they will pause my membership but keep withdrawing the annual club enhancement fee.
These people don't care about their clientele at all, they only care about making money even if you are in pain, zero empathy business. I suggest you look elsewhere I've had less serious conditions and they have had no problem with membership freezes. Their club enhancement fee is also a scam, they are out of bands for 6month-1year that cost 10-20$ each. If you do the math on how much they make from it they don't spend nearly as much as they bring in from the club enhancement fee and they want to collect it from someone that isn't able to use the gym at this moment.

I’ve been training with my personal trainer, Edgar Garcia, for several months, and it has made a big difference in my life.
Before starting, I had severe injuries in both knees, along with pain in my lower back and ankle. With Edgar’s guidance, my pain has significantly decreased over time.
Edgar is very knowledgeable, polite, and attentive. He carefully corrects my form and helps me fix my mistakes, which has been extremely helpful in my recovery and progress.
I truly appreciate his support and professionalism, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and caring personal trainer.
