  I have been enjoying my classes with Sarina since I have started coming to Pilate classes in early January 2026. Her way of teaching and calling out the movements by adequate timing and simulation makes this 50 minutes class a wonderful and relaxing time, thank you Sarina!!

  Club Pilates Coquitlam has become my happy place. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely care about helping each member grow. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, calmer, and more confident. I’m so grateful for this community!

  Great instructors and very kind and helpful staff. Started going at 69 and 1 & 1/2 years later loving it! My private classes have really helped me improve and develop modifications in areas that I found challenging.

  I’m here to state the fact, not to spread any feelings - please make the judgement by yourself. Today several members were locked out in the rain waiting for getting in for the 6am morning class. Non of them (including me) got in and we had to leave after 20 mins of waiting without knowing why. Explanation was not given until I texted the company’s number. The manager Tyra replied saying the instructor was last minute sick and she’s sorry, nothing else more. Please also be noted if any member had to cancel their class 12 hours prior, a $10 cancellation fee will be charged on your account as penalty. If you happened to be sick last minute and didn’t get to cancel the class, you will be charged $15 as no-show fee. When I brought this up to Tyra, she said the instructor doesn’t get benefit of the no-show fee, and the no-show fee is to make sure members can get a spot into class, hence why her sorry can only stay as a text, no credit can be given as an apology to annual membership in the case. YET, your company takes every single cancellation fee and no-show fee to your own pocket. Not a penny was given to those members who weren’t able to get into class. On top of the penalties, there is also this rule of not allowing members to attend class if they were more than 5 mins late due to “safety concerns”. If you read other reviews you can see they also over sold membership than the capacity they can accommodate, hence why the frustrations from not being able to book classes. I would give 5+ stars to all the amazing instructors. 0 to the greedy company who cares nothing than their $$.
